Match the outfit to the statue size

Three sizes of bird stand in our catalog. The large statue takes the classic yard outfits, while the baby statue needs pieces cut for its smaller frame. The desktop goose lives inside on a counter or bookshelf, light in the hand and scaled for small indoor bundles. Check which bird you are dressing before choosing an outfit, because a pattern cut for the large yard bird will swamp the baby and will not fit the desk.

Look at how the pieces go together

Some garments arrive as a single sewn shape, while others come in pieces. A hat that belongs with a costume usually stays in place with a thin elastic strap slipped under the beak. The butterfly outfit comes in two parts. When you pick an outfit, the hat or prop pictured with it comes in the same package. We do not sell separate hats or loose parts on their own.
