Reaching you
Nothing leaves from here. Every order on these pages is placed with our retail partner, and everything about getting the parcel to your door is settled inside their checkout.
Where the terms live
We do not set delivery costs, we do not set delivery speeds, and we have no table of rates to show you, because inventing one would be inventing a promise. The real terms appear at checkout with our retail partner before you confirm anything, and they are the ones that bind.
What you see there depends on the item, on where you live, on the seller behind that particular listing, and on any membership you happen to have with them. Two things on the same shelf of this catalog can arrive under quite different terms, which is exactly why we do not summarize them.
Reading the listing before you commit
The listing page states the delivery estimate for your address once you get there. Read it. If a date matters, a birthday or a holiday table, the estimate on the listing is the only figure worth planning around.
Watch for who the seller is on that listing as well. Some items in the family are sold directly and some through a third party, and that can change both the timing and who you deal with afterward.
After the order is placed
Status, delivery updates, a changed address, a parcel that has not turned up, all of it lives in your account with our retail partner. They have the order number, the carrier and the buttons. We have none of the three.
If you write to the Oshkosh desk about a late parcel we will answer, but the answer will be to point you at them, and that costs you a day you did not need to spend.
One thing we will not do
We will not print a delivery threshold, a cutoff time or a guaranteed date on this site. Catalog sites do it all the time and it reads as reassuring, but a promise we have no way to keep is worse than no promise at all. The number that matters is on the listing, and it is current.
