Ask us about a thing on these pages. Which of the goose outfits has a hat that stays on in wind, whether a set comes with the lid, what the difference is between two pans that look identical in the photographs. That is the part we have read closely and the part we can answer.

Tell us when we are wrong, too. A measurement that does not match, a page that puts a thing on the wrong shelf, a sentence that reads as a promise we have no business making. Corrections get fixed the same week, and nobody has to be polite about pointing them out.

What has to go somewhere else

Anything with an order number on it. Where the parcel is today, when it is due, changing the address, sending something back, a charge you do not recognize. None of that passes through this site, so we cannot look it up and we cannot change it.

Those belong with our retail partner, in the account you used when you ordered. Their order page has the current status and the buttons that actually do something. Writing to us first only costs you a day.

The desk itself

The address below is an office in Oshkosh, and that is all it is. There is no counter inside it, nothing on a rack to try on, and no hours posted for walking in. Do not drive to it hoping to shop, and do not address a parcel to it, because a package sent there has nowhere to go once it arrives.

Letters reach us at that address. Email reaches us faster. We read everything, usually within a couple of working days, and we answer with a person rather than a form.
