Can I order on this site?
No, and there is nowhere on it to try. This is a catalog. Every button takes you to the listing at our retail partner, and the order is placed there under their terms, with their payment methods and their account.
Then why does the price appear here?
Because a catalog without prices is useless for planning. The figure on a card is the one we last read from the listing, and it is there so you know roughly what you are walking into. The price that counts is the one on the listing when you get there.
Who ships the thing and who answers when it goes wrong?
Our retail partner, on both counts. Delivery times, the cost of getting it to you, the condition it arrives in and anything that has to be sorted out afterward are all handled in your account with them.
Will a goose outfit fit my goose?
Almost certainly, if your goose is the common 23 inch lawn goose, which nearly all of these are cut for. The card says so plainly where the listing states a size. If you have one of the smaller ones, measure it first, because an outfit cut for the big bird hangs badly on a little one.
Do the outfits come complete?
Each outfit is sold as one item with whatever the listing says is included, and the pieces are not sold separately. Read the description on the page before you assume a hat is part of it, because on some of them it is and on some it is not.
Are these brands related to each other?
Yes. Fox Valley Traders, Miles Kimball, WalterDrake, Gaggleville and the smaller labels are run out of one building in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Different names, different kinds of goods, same family.
Something on a page is wrong. Does it matter to you?
It matters a lot. Write to the desk with the page and the mistake. A measurement that does not match or a shelf that puts a thing in the wrong place gets corrected quickly, and we would much rather hear it from you than leave it up.
Do you get paid when I buy?
Sometimes, a small amount, from our retail partner. It never changes what you pay and it never decides what goes on a page. The footer note spells it out on every page of the site.
Can I get the paper catalog?
Not from us. We do not print anything and we do not keep a mailing list, so there is nothing here to sign up for. If you want the printed book, it comes from the brands themselves.
