A dependable kitchen table sees spilled milk, board games, and dough rolled out on Saturday mornings. We have carried this fitted cover in our Miles Kimball catalog for years to save tabletops from daily wear. Heavy vinyl repels liquid on top, while soft fabric underneath rests gentle against the wood.
Stitched elastic edge
Elastic sewn right into the hem grips underneath the edge of the tabletop. The cover stays put when someone slides a chair in or elbows lean on the table during supper.
Heavy vinyl top
The top surface is heavy gauge vinyl in a quiet sand tone. Spilled coffee, syrup, or wet paint can be wiped clean with a damp rag or sponge.
Soft fabric backing
Underneath the waterproof vinyl sits a layer of blended polyester and cotton fabric. It adds a gentle cushion between the vinyl and the wood finish to help keep surfaces smooth.
Everyday table care
Slip it over a worn tabletop to tidy up an eat-in kitchen, or keep it on a good dining table when the grandchildren visit with crayons and glue.
