Kitchen tables take the brunt of daily living, from morning coffee mugs to evening board games. This fitted vinyl cover hugs the edge so it stays put while people slide in and out of their chairs. We keep this classic in the Miles Kimball catalog because it wipes down with a damp cloth and stays neat.

Elastic edge stays put

The gathered hem stretches around the tabletop and hugs tight underneath. It will not bunch up when elbows lean on the edge, and children cannot pull the corners off during supper.

Fleece backing underneath

A soft layer of fleece lines the underside to keep the wooden tabletop beneath from getting scratched by grit or rough serving dishes. It adds a slight cushion to the top as well.

Wipe clean vinyl

Spilled soup, sticky syrup and watercolor paint wash off the surface with a damp washcloth. There is no need to run a load of laundry after every family meal.

Toss in the dryer

Fold lines from the package smooth out quickly. Put the cover in the dryer with a damp kitchen towel on low heat for a short time before stretching it across the tabletop.
