Readers with Flexible Bows and Ear Grippers

Glasses that slide down the nose every time someone looks down at the morning paper are a nuisance. These lightweight frames have soft rubber grippers on the ear pieces to hold them in place while he works a crossword or she sits with her mending. We carry them in WalterDrake for everyday comfort around the house.

Flexible side bows

The temples bend easily to fit the face without pinching behind the ears. They hold their shape through daily use and will not snap when pulled on and off.

Stays on the ears

Soft rubber sleeves fit over the ends of the bows. They rest behind the ear to keep the frames from slipping forward when tilting the head down toward a book.

Lightweight construction

The light frame sits gently across the bridge of the nose. It feels comfortable through an entire afternoon of reading, working on puzzles or checking recipes in the kitchen.

Magnification options

We keep these in several magnification strengths so you can find the right match for his favorite chair or her bedside table. Keep a pair near the reading lamp.
