Unfolding this wooden rest in front of the favorite armchair gives tired feet a place to prop and rock while the evening news is on.

On the page: Paper, planners and pens
Under the label: WalterDrake

A good armchair is only half the seat when someone likes their feet up. This rocking stool pulls up right to the cushion, then tilts as legs shift and settle. We keep it in the WalterDrake collection for folks who want a footstool they can tuck away after supper.

Smooth rocking motion

The wooden frame rocks gently as ankles shift position. It lets someone rest their calves without being locked in one stiff posture through the whole ballgame.

Padded top cushion

Thick foam padding covers the upper bar, upholstered in woven cloth that feels soft against bare ankles or woolen socks. Wood sides hold the feet at a natural angle.

Folds down flat

When company comes or the floor needs sweeping, the entire frame collapses down flat. It slides behind an armchair or right under the sofa until evening.

Solid wood construction

Built from sturdy wood with tightened hardware that holds up to daily use. It carries easily from the television room into the study with one hand.
